摘　　要：通过对陕西省农业产业化经营利益机制中存在的问题进行分析,提出做大做强龙头企业、转变企业与农户利益观念、大力扶持合作经济组织和加强合同管理等对策和建议,以促进陕西农业产业化的健康发展。By analyzing the existing problems in the management benefit mechanism of agricultural industrialization in Shanxi province, some countermeasures and suggestions such as making the leading enterprises bigger and stronger, changing the benefit concepts of enterprises and farmers, energetically supporting cooperative economic organizations and strengthening contract management were put forward in order to promote the healthy development of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi province.
