摘　　要：本文总结了近２年我院收治的极外侧腰椎间盘突出症４例，认为临床医生如对其临床表现、影像学（主要是ＣＴ）特点有较深入认识时，极外侧椎间盘突出症的诊断不难，并总结了此症的诊断要点；同时对手术入路进行了讨论，认为大多数病人可通过经椎板入路作髓核摘除术，从而保留大部分关节突关节，以避免腰椎术后不稳。The authors reported 4 cases of far lateral lumbar disc herniation(FLLDH),with emphasis on the diagnosis and surgical approach.With awareness about FLLDH and familiar with the special clinical and CT features,we believed the diagnosis of this diseaseis not difficult.The results showed that the hemilminaectomy and partial resection of articular process is a practical approach for treatment of FLLDH,maintaining the most stability of the lumbar spine.
