激光针“曲泽”穴对急性心肌缺血作用的相对特异性

摘　　要：结扎家兔冠脉左室支造成急性心肌缺血模型，以心电图ΣＳＴ值和心肌缺血范围为指标，区组随机分为４组：“曲泽”穴组、“尺泽”穴组、“少海”穴组和对照组，采用１０ｍｗ激光分别对前３组照射２０ｍｉｎ，结果表明，激光针“曲泽”穴具有减少心肌缺血损伤和缺血范围的作用，并具有相对特异性。Acute myocardial ischemia model was set up by ligation of left ventricular branch of coronary artety of rabbit. ΣST of ECG and scope of acute myocardial ischemia were applied as indices for the study.The rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:Quze point group, Chize point group,Shaohai point group and the control group.The first three groups were stimulated by 10mw laser for 10min respectively.The results showed that laser acupuncture to Quze point could decrease the injury and scope of the acute myocardial ischemia and bears relative specificity as compared with other groups.
