摘　　要：从5mo龄水囊引产胎儿肝脏中分离提取mRNA，经反转录PCR方法扩增出中国人全长血小板生成素（TPO）cDNA，然后将该cDNA片段重组入pGEM3Zf载体，并进行了限制性内切酶鉴定与序列分析，该cDNA全长1059bP，编码353个氨基酸。为开展TPO在真核细胞中的表达打下了基础。In this study, total RNA and mRNA were isolated from 5 month fetal liver cells and the cD NA encoding Chinese human TPO was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method using mRNA as the template. The amplified cDNA fragment was inserted into pGEM3Zf vectors. After transformation, the recombinant plasmid was analysed by restriction endonu cleases. 1059 bp of the full length cDNA coding 353 amino acids was sequenced.
