摘  要:用超滤方法从健康产妇胎盘中提取胎盘因子(PF),观察PF对四氯化碳(CCl4)引起的小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。结果发现ip或poPF15ml/(kg·d),连续7d,能明显抑制血清谷丙转氨酶的升高和肝脏脂质过氧化物的产生,减轻肝脏病理变化,增加肝脏还原型谷眈甘肽的含量。提示PF对小鼠CCl4肝损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化作用、提高肝细胞的抗氧化能力有关。Placenta factor (PF) was extracted from the placentu of healthy woman by ultrafiltration.The effects of PF on liver injury produced by carbon tetrachJoride (CCl4) in mice were studied. PF given 15 ml/(kg. d) ×7 d ip or po to mice could significantly inhibit the elevation of SGPT and lipid Peroxides in liver, reduce liver lesions and increase glutathione (GSH) content in liver. The results in dicate that PF has protective effects on liver injury produced by CCl4, which might be associated with the dimination of lipid peroxidation and the enhancement of antioxidation of liver cells.
