摘 要:采用硝酸铋和硫脲为反应物,通过添加不同的表面活性剂如TritonX-100+OP-10、TX-10、TritonX-100,用回流法合成了硫化铋纳米花。所得产物用XRD、EDS、TEM、SAED、SEM以及UV-Vis进行了表征。结果表明,经85~110℃回流反应3h,可以得到结晶良好、具有各种形貌的正交晶相的硫化铋纳米花。经计算,其晶胞参数为a=0.43934nm,b=0.96564nm,c=1.1185nm。UV-Vis分析表明,硫化铋纳米花对光的吸收峰产生了蓝移,带隙能量由体相的1.3eV增加到1.69~1.90eV,显示出较强的量子限域效应。表面活性剂对硫化铋的形貌有重要的影响。Bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) flower-like nanomaterials were synthesized via different surfactants such as Triton X-100+OP-10, TX-10, Triton X-100 by refluxing with bismuth nitrate and thiourea as reactants. The products were characterized by XRD, EDS, TEM, SAED, SEM and UV-Vis techniques. The results show that the well-crystallized bismuth sulfide nanoflowers with different morphologies can be obtained at 85-110℃ for 3 h under refluxing, and the as prepared Bi2S3 crystal belongs to the orthorhombic phase with calculated lattice constants a=0.439 34 nm, b = 0.965 64 nm, c=1.118 5 nm. UV-Vis analysis exhibits a blue-shift from the band gap of 1.30 eV of bulk Bi2S3 to higher energy of 1.69-1.90 eV, which indicates strong quantum confinement effects of these flower-like nanomaterials. The surfactants play a key role in determining the morphology of bismuth sulfide nanostuctures.
