摘 要:研究了偶联剂KH550、麦秸纤维以及相容剂MAH-g-PP的添加量对麦秸纤维/废旧聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。通过FT-IR检测了偶联剂浓度对麦秸纤维微观组织结构的影响,采用SEM观察复合材料的冲击断口形貌,以研究麦秸纤维与废旧聚丙烯间的相容性。结果表明:经浓度为1.5%的KH550处理过的麦秸纤维极性最低,与废塑料基体的结合性最好;随着麦秸纤维含量的增加,材料的拉伸强度降低,冲击强度稍有提高;当MAH-g-PP含量为4%时,复合材料的拉伸、冲击强度最大。The effects of the amount of KH550 coupling agent, wheat straw fiber and MAH-g-PP compatibilizer on the mechanical properties of wheat straw fiber/waste polypropylene composites were studied. The microstructure of wheat straw fibers treated with the different concentration of KH550 was analyzed by FT-IR. Surface morphology of impact fracture was observed by SEM in order to research the compatibility between fibers and waste plastic. The results show that the polarity of wheat straw fibers treated with 1.5 % KH550 is minimum, which greatly improves interracial adhesion of composites. With the rise of wheat straw fibers content in the composites, the impact strength of composites increases slightly while its tensile strength decreases. The tensile strength and the impact strength of composites with 4 % MAH-g-PP are both maximum.
