摘　　要：目的:探讨腔镜下男性乳腺发育症的手术方法及安全性等问题。方法:我院自2004年3月至2007年10月间收治的16例男性乳腺发育症病人用SEPS腔镜器械行皮下单纯乳腺切除术。结果:16例手术均获成功,平均手术时间为107min;平均术后住院5.8d;术后1例血肿,3例皮下气肿,无其他并发症。结论:腔镜下乳腺切除术能达到常规手术无法取得的美容效果,且较为安全。在男性乳腺发育症的治疗上,腔镜有较好的应用前景。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic procedure in treating gynecomastia, Methods From March 2004 to October 2007, a total of 16 patients with gynecomastia were treated with endoscopyassisted subcutaneous total mastectomy, by using SEPS endoscopic instruments. Results The operation was successfully performed in 16 patients. The mean operating time was 107 min and a hospital stay of 5.8 days. Postoperative complications included one case of hematoma and 3 cases of temporary subcutaneous emphysema. No other operationrelated complications were observed, Conclusions The merits of endoscopic procedure in the treatment of gynecomastia, in terms of cosmetic maintainance and safety, were fully demonstrated in this study.
