摘　　要：目的：对人外周血树状突细胞（ＤｅｎｄｒｉｔｉｃＣｅｌ，ＤＣ）增强ＬＡＫ抗ＨＬ－６０活性时的形态学进行观察。方法：将ＬＡＫ细胞以不同效靶比与ＨＬ－６０细胞混合，再加入不同浓度的血ＤＣ。样本培养３６ｈ后，取少许涂片作Ｓ－１００蛋白免疫组化染色，其余作透射电镜标本制备。结果：涂片上可见血ＤＣ和ＬＡＫ、ＨＬ－６０细胞形成细胞簇样结构。透射电镜下可见血ＤＣ与ＬＡＫ、ＨＬ－６０紧密接触。结论：血ＤＣ与ＬＡＫ、ＨＬ－６０细胞紧密接触可增强ＬＡＫ的杀伤活性。Objective:A morphologic observation of peripheral blood dentritic cells(DCs) was made on the anti-HL60 efficiency of LAK.Method:HL60 cells and LAKs were mixed at different effector/target ratio,and DC was added to the mixture at different concentration.The S-100 protein immunohistochemical stain was done on some samples after incubation at 37℃ for 36h.The other cells were prepared for TEM study.Result:Many clusters formed by DC,LAK and HL60 cells were found on the smears and the TEM study showed that the DC,LAK and HL60 cells contacted tightly.Conclusion:The anti-HL60 cells of LAK may be enhanced by a tight contact of DC,LAK and HL-60 cells.
