摘　　要：目的：探讨异搏定对ＨＬ－６０细胞凋亡的作用机制。方法：用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察ＤＮＡ的梯状条带。结果：单用异搏定无梯状条带出现，而与足叶乙甙合用则出现比单用足叶乙甙更明显的梯状条带。结论：异搏定对ＨＬ－６０细胞无明显的抑制作用，但它可能具有增强足叶乙甙诱导ＨＬ－６０细胞的凋亡作用。Objective:To observe the effects of verapamil on apoptosis of HL60 cell line.Method:The DNA gradent bands were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis.Result:No gradient bands were found when verapamil was used alone.The group treated with verapamil and VP16 yielded more clear gradient bands than the group treated with VP16 alone.Conclusion:Verapamil doesn’t inhibit the aopotosis of HL60 cell line induced by VP16.On the contrary,it may promote the apoptosis of HL60 cell line induced by VP16.
