止痛促愈膏止痛消肿作用的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：为观察止痛促愈膏的止痛、消肿作用，将小鼠分4组（空白对照组、赋形剂组、止痛促愈膏组、生肌玉红膏组）对照观察其止痛、消肿怍用。结果显示，止痛促愈膏对热板法所致的小鼠疼痛有明显的镇痛效果，对0.7％醋酸水溶液腹腔注入所致的小鼠腹痛-扭体反应有明显抑制作用，对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廊炎性肿胀有明显抑制作用，对蛋清引起小鼠足跖炎性肿胀，在致炎后2h和4h抗炎作用明显，均明显优于其他3组。结界表明，止痛促愈膏对小鼠有明显的止痛和消肿作用，为临床应用提供依据。The pain and swelling-alleviating efficacy of Zhitong Cuyu Oao（ointment for pain alleviation and swelling subsidence.,OPASS） was pharmacodynamically tested. Four groups of mice received OPASS, placebo,excipient and Shenji Yuhong Gao respectively,and the results were recorded. As resuhs,OPASS was proved to have marked efficacy of pain alleviation in hot plate test and in abdominal pain and body twist reaction caused by abdominal injection of acetic acid solution（0.7%）, and have notable antiphlogistic ＆ re percussive efficacy in the treatment of auricle inflammation and swelling caused experimentally by dimeth ylbenzene and in the treatment of toe inflammation experimentally caused by egg white. OPASS＇s antiinflammatory effect was stronger than that of the other three. It is concluded that： OPASS has a marked pain and swelling-alleviating efficacy,which has been proved for clinical usage.
