PPH治疗重度脱垂性混合痔270例临床观察

摘　　要：为扩大吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗肛肠病的适应症，观察PPH治疗重度脱垂性混合痔270例的疗效，并与外剥内扎术治疗的210例进行对比观察。结果显示，术后脱垂评分、创面疼痛评分、创面出血、水肿、分泌物评分、术后尿潴留、肛缘赘皮残留、肛门狭窄、恢复工作时间等指标，PPH组均优于外剥内扎组。结果表明，恰当地处理术中出现的问题，PPH治疗重度脱垂性混合痔是可行的，疗效明显。Two hundred and seventy patients with severely prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids underwent the procedure of PPH （the study group）, the therapeutic results of which were analized and compared with those of 210 cases（the controlled group）. As results,the therapeutic results in terms of postoperative prolapse score, wound pain score, wound bleeding, edema, secretion score, postoperative urine retention, residue of perianal vegetation,anal stricture and duration of recovery among other indexes in the study group were better than those in the controlled group. It is concluded that PPH in the treatment of severely prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids is feasible and markedly effective.
