摘 要:考虑由一个供应商和一个零售商构成的供应链,其中需求是随机的且受到销售努力水平的影响.在销售季节到来之前,零售商需要同时确定订货数量和应采取的努力水平.本文首先分析了回购契约无法协调供应链的原因,并给出了当努力水平以两种形式影响需求时,零售商的最优努力水平和订货数量的表达式,分析了零售商的期望利润函数以及这两个决策变量关于批发价格和回购价格的变化情况.随后,提出了两种限制性回购契约,通过限制回购产品的数量来协调供应链,最后对本文涉及到的契约进行数值比较.Consider a supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer who faces a stochastic demand influenced by sales effort. Before the selling season, the retailer needs to decide his quantity as the same time as his effort level. We first analyze the reason that the buy-back contract cannot coordinate the supply chain, derive the expression of the retailer's optimal quantity and effort level under two fashions that effort influences demand, and analyze how the retailer's profit and the two decisions vary by the wholesale price and buy back price. Then, we propose two types of constrained buy-back contracts by constraining the quantity of buying back to coordinate the supply chain; finally compare the performance of the two types of contracts.
