36例多系统器官功能衰竭患者血清TNF的动态观察

摘　　要：目的观察３６例多系统器官功能衰竭患者血清ＴＮＦ的变化，并探讨其有关因素。方法，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法，与正常人对照。结果多系统器官功能衰竭组血清ＴＮＦ含量较正常对照组明显增高，并随病情恶化而升高、病情好转而降低。结论测定血清ＴＮＦ对疾病的预后有提示意义。Objective To observe dynamically the changes of TNF content in sera from 36 cases with multiorgan injuries and to explore the correlative factors. Methods The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) content in sera from 36 patients with multiorgan injuries was measured kinetically by using ELISA method and the results were compared with those of normal people. Results The average TNF content in sera from those patients was significantally higher than that from normal people. The TNF content increased when the disease was exacerbated and decreased when the disease was improved. Conclusions Measuring TNF content in sera can be used to estimate the prognosis.
