摘 要:目的通过对闽产代代叶、花、果挥发油中主要化学成分的研究,分析比较其中化学成分组成及其含量的差别。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别从闽产代代的新鲜叶、花及果中提取挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法,分析比较其中化学成分的组成差别,并用归一法测定各组分的相对含量。结果代代叶油中分离出41个组分,代代花油中分离出41个组分,而代代果皮挥发油中分离出43个组分。结论闽产代代叶、花、果挥发油中主要化学成分的组成及其含量显示出差异,化学成分的研究为充分利用和综合开发其药用价值提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE To study the main chemical constituents of the essential oils from the leaves, flowers and peels of Citrus aurantiurn L. var daidai Tanaka, which are grown in Fujian province. METHODS The method of steam distillation was applied to extract the essential oils from the fresh leaves, flowers and peels of Citruz aurantium L. vat daidai Tanaka in Fujian province. The main chemical constituents of the essential oils were analyzed and determined by GC-MS. RESULTS The analytical method of GC-MS had been established on the main chemical constituents of the essential oils from the leaves, flowers and peels of Citrus aurantium L. var daidai Tanaka. It had been analyzed, and the contents and composition differences in Daidai's different parts were compared. There were 41, 41 and 43 kinds of the chemical constituents, which had been separated from the essential oils of the leaves, flowers and peels in Citrus aurantium L. var daidai Tanaka. CONCLUSION There were difference in chemical compositions and contents in Daidai's leaves, flowers and peels oil which are grown in Fujian province. The results offer scientific experimental basis for the development in quality control standard and for the utilized and explored progresses in the medicine worth on Citrus aurantiurn L. var daidai in Fujian.
