摘　　要：目的优选六味木香片中水溶性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以固含量和栀子苷含量为考察指标,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数等影响因素进行研究。结果确定最佳工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论应用该水提工艺提取效率高,适于工业化生产。ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions for the decoction of LiuWeiMuXiang tablet. METHODS With the extract yield and jasminoidin content as the index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors,including the solvent amount,the extracting time and the extracting times. RESULTS The optimum process was 10 times of water,extracting 3 times and 1 hour each time. CONCLUSION The process is efficient, steady and fit for industrial production.
