摘　　要：目的提高女性压力性尿失禁的手术治疗效果。方法采用脂肪辩转移术式对7例女性压力性尿失禁患者进行手术治疗，水中将尿造旁的带蒂脂肪辩加强于尿辽中段，以增加尿道阻力，同时使尿道延长。结果经随访6～36mo所有病人，约决得满意效果，其中4例轻度尿失禁者术后排尿正常无复发，2例中度患者排尿症状得到明显改善。1例重度患者本后长期效果较差。结论脂肪辩转移术式方法简单，疗效肯定，且并发症少，可视为是治疗轻，中度女性压力性尿失禁的理想术式。To improve the operative effect of femal stress incontinence.Methods Transplantation of fat plap was performed for 7 cases of women stress incontinence.Musculus sphincter of urethra was intensified by a fat flap wraped up mediurethra and urothra was prolonged.Results All patients got satis factory effect after 6~36 months in following-up. Emiction of 4cases low-grade incontinence were unobstructed and no recurrence. 2 cases moderate-grade were improved obviously. The operative effect in one case of severe incontinene was worse in long term folowing- up.Conclusion The procedure can be easily carried out and has less complication. It is a perfect operation for low and moderate grade female stress incontinence.
