摘  要:目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽对放疗小鼠免疫功能的影响方法用60Co照射小鼠使其免疫功能低下,同时用胎盘免疫调节肽和胸腺肽治疗,观察并比较两组实验小鼠的白细胞吞噬功能,抗体形成细胞、脾重指数、淋巴细胞转化刺激指数等免疫指标。结果胎盘免疫调节肽可明显升高小鼠的白细胞总数;使巨噬细胞的吞噬率提高70%左右。吞噬指数达2.7左右;能明显升高抗体形成细胞和牌重指数;增高了放疗小鼠淋巴细胞转化刺激指数。胎盘免疫调节肽的某些免疫指标优于胸腺肽。结论胎盘免疫调节肽可显著提高放疗小鼠的免疫功能,作用效果与胸腺肽相似。To research the imunological function of the placental immunoregulation polypeptide(PIP) on radiotherapy mice.Method The radiotherapeutic model of mice were established by eo irradiation, and the number of leucocyte, the phagocyt function, antibody formation cell (AFC), spleen weight index, lymphocyte transformation stimulating index in radiotheraptatic mouse treated with PIP were detedted and compared with that of radiotherapy mice treated with thymosin.Result PIP increased the amount of leucocytes obviously, raised the phagocytic functcon of phagocyte up to 70% and phagocytic index to 2. 7in therapeutic mice, PIP increased the level of AFC and spleen weight index in the therapentic mice. PIP raised the rate of lymphocyte transformation. Meantime some immune index were superior to effects of thymosin.Conclusions PIP enhanced the immunological function of the radiotherapeutic mouse significanly, and it's effects was similar to thymosin.
