摘　　要：民族区域自治制度是中国的一项基本政治制度。党的十七大提出坚定不移地发展社会主义民主政治,进一步完善民族区域自治制度。当前,亟需从完善民族区域自治法配套的法规,加快民族自治区自治条例的出台,落实民族自治地方自治权实现的保障机制等方面入手,从而为民族区域自治制度的新发展开辟法治道路。The systems of regional autonomy of ethnic groups are a basic political system in China. The CPC＇ s 17＇ Th delegate congress pointed： we should develop steadfastly socialism democratic politics and improve the systems of regional autonomy of ethnic groups. Now, we should push the systems of regional autonomy of ethnic groups forward on improving the laws which form a complete set with the law of regional autonomy of ethnic groups, speeding up formulating the autonomy rules of ethnic groups and making sure the guarantee systems of the autonomy power.
