摘  要:目的:研究柴胡止血液影响安放IUD后大鼠性周期内子宫组织NO、NOS动态变化的规律,进一步明确NO在IUD出血副反应中的作用,为临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。方法:建立人工性周期的动物模型,并用阴道涂片的方法测定其阴道上皮细胞角化率,观测安放Cu-IUD大鼠在人工性周期的不同时相,子宫组织NO含量及NOS活性的动态变化以及柴胡止血液对其产生影响。结果:安放IUD后,整个周期NO的含量均增高,其变化规律和iNOS(刺激型NOS)的变化规律较为一致,柴胡止血液能通过降低iNOS的活性来降低NO的分泌。结论:安放IUD后,对大鼠子宫组织NO、NOS的动态变化产生了影响,而柴胡止血液能对抗安放IUD所造成的影响。Objective: To study the effect of ehaihuzhixueye on dynamic regular Patterns of NO and NOS in artificial sexual cycle rat model whose uterus was located with intrauterine device (IUD), in order to explain the influence of NO inIUD induced hemorrhage and therefore provide new method in clinic treatment. Methods: Artificial sexual cycle rat model was established, keratinocyte ratio of vagina epithelia was determined by the method of vagina smear. In the different period of artificial sexual cycle, NO content and the dynamic regular pattern of NOS in uterine tissue was determined on IUD located rat, also the effect of ehaihuzhixueye was studied. Results: The NO content was increased during the whole artificial sexual cycle after IUD was located, and the variation of NOS was similar with iNOS. The secretion of NO could be decreased by Chaihuzhixueye through reducing the activity of NOS. Conclusion : Chaihuzhixueye could inhibit the change of dynamic regular patterns of NO and NOS induced by locating IUD in rat uterus.
