摘　　要：论述化工流程模拟软件CHEMCAD二次开发工具,应用在SO_2转化反应器的工艺设计,通过VBA编程,完成有复杂动力学方程的反应器的工艺设计。改变不同的SO_2转化工艺条件,得到相应的反应器的体积,为装置的技改、扩产、去瓶颈和优化提供依据。CHEMCAD is a process simulator in chemical industry. An application of its developer tool to SO2 transition reactor design is described. The design of reactor with complicated kinetics model is achieved by programming VBA in CHEMCAD′s Excel Unitoperation. The reactors of different volume are obtained according to different technics conditions of SO2 transition. It is a base of reforming, scaling-up, de-Bottlenecking and optimizing of the equipment.
