决明子指纹图谱数据库的实现与应用

摘　　要：利用Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0软件开发出决明子指纹图谱数据库,以存储和管理指纹图谱数据,并利用数学方法对指纹数据分析处理。该数据库针对中药复杂组分的分析、鉴定,建立相似度评价系统,具备数据录入、参数设置、指纹图谱集及标准指纹谱的动态生成、差异率表及相似度检验、相似度评价统计图及报表、数据备份与数据输出等功能,实现了数据的标准化和动态更新。系统采用面向对象的设计方法作为开发工具,系统界面清晰,操作简便。实践证明,应用数据库跟踪和控制决明子的质量有效,并可在其它中药质量控制领域应用。Using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6. 0 software tool built the Semen Cassiae fingerprint digitized atlas storehouse, to store and manage fingerprint digitized, using mathematics method to fingerprint data carries on analysis processing. This database in view of TCM complex component analysis, appraisal, establishes the similar appraisal system, has the data input, parameter establishment, fingerprint atlas gather and standard fingerprint spectrum dynamic production, difference rate table and similar examination, similar appraisal statistics chart and report form, data backup and data output and so on, has realized the data standardization and the dynamic renewal. The system development has used the object-oriented system design method and the development kit. System contact surface clear, the operation is simple. The practice proved, may effectively track the product quality through this database application, but widely applies to semen cassiae the quality control and may promote uses in other TCM quality control.
