摘　　要：目的:观察针刺疗法治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:治疗组35例用针刺疗法治疗,对照组35例用元胡止痛片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率88.6%,对照组有效率62.9%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗原发性痛经有良好效果。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on essential dysmenorrhea. Method： 35 cases were treated with acupuncture as the study group while 35 cases were treated with Corydalis Tuber Relieving Pain Pellet as the control group. In the study group, the acupoints were selected based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Result： The effective rate of the study group is 88.6% while that of the control group is 62.9%. There is difference between the two groups＇therapeutic effect（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture has good effect on essential dysmenorrhea.
