摘  要:目的探讨脑立轻对拟血管性痴呆(VaD)大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用双侧颈总动脉永久结扎法(2-V0)建立VaD大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、尼麦角林对照组及脑立轻高、中、低剂量组。灌胃给药30d后,观察海马CA1区锥体细胞的变化,并用免疫组化法检测海马CA1区胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)表达,比较各组结果之间的差异。结果脑立轻各剂量组海马CA1区锥体细胞数和ChAT的阳性表达均高于模型组大鼠。结论脑立轻可拮抗缺血对海马CA1区锥体细胞的损害,增加模型大鼠海马CA1区ChAT表达,且其疗效与用药剂量相关。Objective: To study the therapeutical effect of Naoliqing on the rats with vascular dementia. Methotis: The rat models of vascular dementia were made by permanent bilateral occlusion of both commen carotid arteries (2- VO), the models were divided into six groups at random: shamoperated group, model group,nieergoline group and Naoliqing large, medium, samll close group. The medicine was given to the models by intragastric administration. To observe the change of pyramidal cell and immunohistoryehemistry was applied to analyze the expression of ChAT of CAI region. Results: The quantity of pyrmidal cell in Naoliqing large, medium, small dose group were significantly more than model group and the positive expression of ChAT was higher than model group too. Conclusion: Naoliqing can prevent isehemia to damage pyramidal cell and increase of the expression of ChAT in hippocampal CA1 regi on.
