摘　　要：介绍采用B/S、C/S混合架构、基于IC卡技术的电视制作设备管理系统,该系统可有效地对制作设备资源进行统一的配置、调度和管理,降低了节目制作成本,极大地提高了电视台的竞争力。Based on the B/S, C/S combined architecture, the IC management system of producing TV pro- grams provides a unify approach to improve the configuration, scheduling and management of the equipment resources. This approach massively reduces the developing cost and effectively increases the competitive ability of the TV station.
