摘　　要：非公经济进入金融领域,符合金融发展理论,给予非公经济主体与国有金融机构公平竞争的机会。对解决中小企业融资难问题、破除金融行业垄断、有效治理非法金融活动,有着重要意义。The non-public economy enters the financial domain,conforms to the financial development theory,gives the non-public economic subject and ＂ state-owned ＂ the financial organ fair competition opportunity.Solves the small and medium-sized enterprise to finance the difficult question,to eradicate the financial profession monopoly,the effective government illegal finance activities.
