摘　　要：依据和谐社会对高校图书馆承担社会服务的要求,着力探讨图书馆的内涵,梳理高校图书馆不和谐的主要因素和表现,以此可能带来的社会负面影响,转而陈述构建高校和谐图书馆的现实意义,并就如何构建和谐高校图书馆从人、物、机制等6个方面进行了探讨。参考文献4。According to the requirement of the harmonious society that academic library should bear social service, this paper makes efforts to probe into the connotation of academic library, points out the disharmonious factors and exhibitions which would bring society negative effects, states the realistic meaning of constructing harmonious academic library and carries on the discussion about how to construct harmonious academic library from six aspects such as human, substance and mechanism.
