摘  要:目的:观察桑白皮、鱼腥草、川椒、皂角、硼砂、红花及其混合液体外抑制马拉色菌的效果。方法:参照美国国家临床实验标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的M27-A方案中酵母菌微量稀释法,采用含橄榄油的液体培养基测定敏感性。结果:中药复方制剂的MIC值最低,为312.5mg/L,单味药中鱼腥草MIC值低于其它各药,在312.5-125mg/L之间,并且对糠秕马拉色菌和球形马拉色菌较敏感。结论:复方制剂抗马拉色菌的作用最好,说明复方中各单味药间有相互协同作用。单味药以鱼腥草最为敏感,并有菌种的差异。Objective: To test the effect of mulberry root bark, cordate houttuynia, Sichuan pepper, gleditsia fruit, borax, safflower and its intermixture on the inhibition of the growth of Malasseziafurfur. Method: Referring to M27 - A plan of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) : formulates yeast microdilution, the sensitivity was tested by olive oil the liquid media. Results: MIC value of Quxie Lotion was lowest (312.5mg/L), compared with single herbs in the compound. The MIC value of cordate houttuynia in the compound was lower (312.5 - 125 mg/L) than other herbs. The fungi bran M. furfur and sphere M. furfur were more sensitive to cordate houttuynia. Conclusion: Compound prescription is better than other single ingredients against M. furfur, indicaring that the single ingredient in the compound has a synergic function against the fungi. Although the fungi are most sensitive to cordate houttuynia among the ingredients of the compound, the effect is species dependent.
