摘  要:目的:通过观察米非司酮对人早孕绒毛滋养细胞血小板凝血酶致敏蛋白(TSP)表达及绒毛间质血管生成的影响,探讨TSP在绒毛间质血管生成的作用。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法与图像分析技术对绒毛血管行体视学研究。结果:米非司酮药流组微血管长度密度较对照组减少(P<0.05),微血管体积密度显著减少(P<0.01);药流组绒毛滋养细胞层TSP表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:药流组绒毛滋养细胞TSP高表达与间质血管生成抑制相关。药流时绒毛间质血管形成发生障碍,不利于胚胎生存。Aim: To investigate the effect of mifepristone on expression of TSP in human villous trophoblasts during the early pregnancy and its role in regulating villous angiogenesis. Methods: The expression of TSP and vascular distribution in the villous trophoblasts were examined by immunohistochemistry and stereomorphometry. Results: In comparison with control group, both the length density and the volume density of villous capillaries in the mifepristone group were significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; while the content of TSP of the mifepristone group were evidently higher (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:The higher expression of TSP in villous trophoblasts may have relation with the inhibition of the villous angiogenesis. The disturbance of blood development of mifepristone group may be harmful to the embryo's survival.
