摘 要:以Co(NO3)2和NaHCO3为原料制备Co2O3过程中,采用有机试剂乙醇、丙酮、聚乙二醇(PEG—400),以及NaCl、Na2SO4和CH3COONa分别作为添加剂。结果显示,在相同的溶液pH值、zeta电势以及黏度条件下,沉淀物CoCO3在300℃焙烧后得到不同微观形貌的颗粒。通过DLVO理论分析表明,有机试剂的介电常数以及空间位阻效应是影响晶核形成的主要因素。钠盐添加剂实验发现,阴离子会在空间方向上选择性地吸附在CoCO3晶核表面,并最终影响Co2O3的形貌。Cobalt oxide was prepared by wet chemical method using Co(NO3)2 and NaHCO3 as starting materials. When organic reagents: ethanol, acetone, and polyethylene glycol-400 (PEG--400) or three sodium salts, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and sodium acetate were introduced into reaction as additives once every time. Results show pH values, zeta potentials and viscosities in all solutions retain on the same level, different shapes of cobalt oxide particle are obtained. The DLVO theory discloses effect of dielectric constant of organic reagent and steric hindrance effect is the main factors for nucleation. Sodium salts experiments show that anion can obsorbs selectively on CoCOa crystal nucleus surface, which influence cobalt oxide particle morphology by anisotropic growth of nucleus.
