摘　　要：介绍了Winsock的工作原理及工作流程,结合有线电视网络运营公司的实际情况,设计了一种基于Winsock的代收费业务网络系统,并给出了关键源代码及在某网络运营公司的实际运行情况.Winsock Control is an interface control between Windows applications and TCP/IP with which we can program network applications efficiently. This paper first presents the principle and work flow of the Winsock Control, puts forward a kind of system based on Winsock according to CATV network company practical situation, and at the same time gives some key source codes and running interface used in one corporation.
