人类错误认识观在护理质量缺陷控制中的应用

摘　　要：对于人们在工作中发生的错误有两种不同的认识观:个体认识观与系统认识观。前者认为发生错误是由于个人的不当行为造成的,防范错误的重点是规范人们的不安全行为。后者则认为错误的发生源自组织系统的缺陷,必须从改变人们工作的环境着手预防错误,才能减少由于错误造成的损失。文章重点介绍应用这两种观点分析实际工作中的护理差错案例,以利于采取合理的改进措施,避免类似情况发生,提高护理工作质量。There are two perspectives regarding human errors, that are personal approach and system approach. The personal approach attributes the human errors to the inappropriate personal behaviors, and focuses on the standardization of personal risk behaviors. While the system approach attributes the human errors to the defects of system and focuses on changing the environment to prevent errors. This paper analyzed a nursing error case with personal approach and system approach, which aimed to take rational improvement measures to avoid the occurrence of similar case and imorove the aualitv of nursing.
