摘　　要：结合自身参加课外科研活动的经历,从大学生的角度探讨如何充分利用这种难得的锻炼机会,更加有效地开展课外科研活动,提高大学生的综合素质和实践能力。With our own two-year experience,we discussed in this paper,from the perspective of college students,how to take full advantage of the opportunity to participate in extracurricular research activities more effectively and develop overall quality and practical ability of college students.
