铝型材生产废水处理新方法的研究和应用

摘　　要：本文在对重金属废水处理原则和铝型材生产废水处理的传统方法综述的基础上，提出了该种废水处理的新方法。并以中外合资河南三宁金属制品有限公司铝型材废水处理工程为实例，对两种方法做了对比分析，证明了新方法（调节－中和混凝－ＭＳ净水元件过滤）是技术可行、经济合理的实用工艺，推广应用前景十分广阔。The principles of treatment of waste water containing heavy metal and the traditional methods of treatment of waste water from aluminium material process is summarized in this paper. A new method treating this kind of waste water is proposed. Taking thetreatment project of waste water from aluminium material process of Sanning Co. Ltd.,the two methods were analyzed. The results show that the new method (conditioning-neutralizing coagulation-filtration with MS water purifying elements) is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. There is a bright future for application of this method.
