摘　　要：[目的]对照顾者悲伤量表简化版(MM-CGI-SF)的信度和效度进行评定。[方法]按照量表翻译程序将MM-CGI-SF翻译成中文,运用中文版MM-CGI-SF对32名痴呆病人照顾者进行悲伤评定,选取10名照顾者在第1次评定20d后进行重测信度的测验。[结果]MM-CGI-SF中文版具有良好信度和效度,其中整个量表的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.740,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数0.835～0.879。[结论]MM-CGI-SF中文版有较好的信度和效度,适合用于照顾者悲伤度的评定。Objective： To evaluate both the reliability and the validity of Marwit - Meuser caregiver grief inventory short -form （MM - CGI - SF）. Methods： After translating MM - CGI - SF into Chinese, grieves of caregivers of a total of 32 .senile dementia patients were evaluated by adopting MM - CGI - SF Chinese version. Among them, 10 care.givers were selected to re - measure the reliability 20 days later of the first assessment. Results： MM - CGI - SF Chinese version had better reliability and validity： The total Cronbach＇ s ct coefficient was 0. 740. And each factor＇s Cronbach＇s ct coefficient ranged from 0. 835 to 0. 879. Conclusion： Chinese version of MM - CGI - SF has good reliability and validity, and it is suitable for evaluation of caregivers＇ grief.
