摘　　要：目的:分析带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的治疗效果方法:应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折162例结果:162例均得到随访,5例延迟愈合,1例骨折未愈合。结论:带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折具有固定牢固,能早期负重,骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗股骨干骨折的较理想的方法。Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of the treatment of femur fracture fixed with intramedullary interlocking nail. Methods： 162 patients suffered from femur fracture were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail. Result： 162 patients were followed up, delayed union was found in 5 cases and nonunion was found in 1 cases. Conclusion： Intramedullary interlocking nail in treatment of femur fracture had obvious advantages of reliable fixation, allowance of early exercise and high rate of fracture healing, which is an effective approach to treat femur fracture.
