摘  要:目的分析静脉输液引起的不良反应及相应对策。方法从反应人群结构、药物因素、输液操作因素、输液器材的质量、患者及气侯因素等方面进行归纳和分析。结果输液反应发生与性别因素无关,各年龄段以55岁以上发生率最高;预后情况较好。从用药情况看,联合用药越多,输液反应发生率越高;加入抗生素粉针剂或中草药制剂输液反应发生率高;引发因素以不溶性微粒超标最多,高发因素还包括内毒素阳性、输液器材不合格、输液操作因素等。结论认真执行三查七对,防止差错,药物、液体及器具在配制使用前认真检查。Objective Analyze the untoward effect caused by intravenous transfusion. Methods Sum up and analyze from six aspects - the construction of reaction crowd, medicine element, transfusion operation element, the equality of transfusion outfit, the patient element and the weather element. Results The sex element has nothing to do with the transfusion reaction. The highest incidence will be the crowd up to 55 among all kinds of age groups. The prognosis will be quite favorable. From the situation of medication, the more use of combined medicine, the higher incidence of perfusion reaction; there is high incidence of perfusion reaction if adds antibiotic injection or Chinese herbal medicine preparation; the biggest triggering element is the superstandard of insoluble granule as well as endotoxin positive, unqualified transfusion outfit and operation, etc. Condusion Seriously carry out three examinations and seven checks, prevent errors, and carefully examine the medicines, fluid and instruments before collocation.
