摘　　要：目的研究复方黄连膏的制备方法,制定质量标准。方法采用改进的油炸乳化法。结果复方黄连膏比原散剂在临床上对皮肤的刺激性小、不良反应小、疗效好。结论所研制的复方黄连膏与制备工艺具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To research the preparation of Unguentum Rhizome coptidis and formulate its quality criteria. Methods By means of the modified method of frying in oil and emulsification. Results Compared with the original powder, the Unguentum Rhizome coptidis was much lower side effect in clinic. Conclusion Unguentum Rhizome coptidis prepared in the paper could be widely used in clinic.
