摘 要:随着我国大量老旧建筑物加固修复的需要以及新型建筑材料的飞速发展,采用新型的无机材料加固混凝土结构已成为可能。相对于有机材料加固方法而言,无机材料加固的混凝土结构具有相对较好的耐火性能、抗老化性能和环保性能,并且造价低廉。高性能水泥复合砂浆薄层(HPFL)是一种新型的无机材料,具有强度高、收缩小、与混凝土粘结性能好等一系列优点;将其与钢筋网结合形成的加固薄层能与被加固的混凝土构件很好地共同工作,且对原构件的尺寸加大很少。采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层加固混凝土构件能有效提高构件的承载力、刚度、抗裂性和延性。As the great demand of the reinforcement and retrofitting of aged structures nationwide, as well as the rapid development of the research on innovative building materials, the adoption of strengthening RC structures using new inorganic materials has become possible. Comparing the conventional reinforcement technique using organic materials, the significant advantage can be seen using inorganic materials such as better fire-proof performance, aging-resistant property, environment-friendly and cost-effective. High performance ferrocement laminate (HPFL) is a new type of inorganic material with a series of advancements such as high strength, small contraction, and good bonding properties, etc. The reinforced laminate of the HPFL combined with steel-bar mesh can work well with RC member to be strengthened, and minimize the spacing requirement. The capacity of resistance, stiffness, crack resistance and ductility can be significantly promoted when reinforcing RC members with HPFL.
