钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆技术在薄腹梁加固中的应用

摘　　要：某电子厂房屋面薄腹梁由于吊挂荷载增加,采用高强不锈钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆复合面层进行了加固。通过正截面和斜截面加固计算确定了加固方案,详细介绍了施工工艺流程及施工要点。采用高强不锈钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆复合面层加固技术可以充分发挥钢丝绳和砂浆的强度,提高梁的承载能力。Composite surface layer with high strength stainless steel wire mesh and polymer mortar is adopted to enhance thin web beam of roof because of the increasing of hanging load. The reinforcement scheme is assured by calculating positive and inclined sections, and the construction process and main points are introduced specially. This technology can give full play to the strength of steel wire rope and mortar. Furthermore, it can improve the carrying capacity of beam.
