空心玻璃纤维拉丝坩埚的漏咀结构参数研究

摘　　要：本文采用漏咀中套芯管的特殊结构的拉丝坩埚，在稳定拉丝工艺参数的条件下，研究了空心玻璃纤维的成型以及空心玻纤的空心度Ｋ与芯管内径内径ＸＮ、漏咀内径ＺＮ、漏咀长度Ｌ、芯管凸出长度△Ｌ等结构参数的关系，归纳出如下关系式Ｋ＝２ＸＮ／ＺＮ。经过验证此式可作为设计不同空心度的空心玻纤拉丝坩锅的漏咀结构的依据。In this paper,the relation of the forming conditions and hollowness(K) of hollow glass fiber to orificed tip structural parameters,such as the inner diameter of blow-pipe XN ,the inner diameter of bushing tip ZN , the length of bushing tip L, the length of the blow-pipe extending out of the bushing tip △L,is studied,and following equation can be obtained:K=2 XN / ZN ,which can be used as designing basis for orificed tip structure of hollow glass fiber bushing.
