摘 要:利用PCR-RFLP分子标记技术,研究KAP1.3基因与新疆5个不同绵羊品种之间的遗传关系。得出5种绵羊均处于中度多态,不同绵羊品种间遗传信息有所不同;选取在羊毛品质上具有不同表形值的中国美利奴羊,分析KAP1.3基因与毛性状之间的相关性,经多重比较分析得出:AB基因型标记的羊毛平均长度最长为13.54±0.4303cm,但各基因型间差异不显著;AA基因型标记的羊毛细度最细为18.13±0.4529μm,AA基因型与AB基因型间差异达到了显著水平(P<0.05),因此角蛋白关联蛋白的多基因家族的高硫蛋白辅助基因KAP1.3与羊毛细度间可能存在相关性。we used PCR-RFLP to study the heredity relation between KAP1.3 gene and 5 breeds of sheep of Xinjiang. The result show that 5 breeds of sheep are all in midrange polymorphism, and different breed of sheep have different heredity relation;Selected Chinese Merino sheep which have different genotype, and studied the relationship between wool trait and KAP 1.3 gene. The result of multiple comparison indicate that wool natural length that marked by AB genotype was the longest, it was 13.54 ± 0.4303cm, but there are no difference between different genotypes; Wool diameter, marked by AA genotype was minimum, it was 18.13 ± 0.4529μm, and they have got significant difference of AA genotype and AB genotype (P 〈 0.05). So there was some relation between KAP1.3 gene of high-sulfur KAPs of Keratin associated proteins and wool diameter.
