氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制备对硝基苯甲酸反应条件的研究

摘　　要：研究了反应压力、反应温度和反应时间对氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯合成对硝基苯甲酸收率的影响。发现以甲醇或苯／甲醇（Ｖ／Ｖ＝５）为溶剂，在５０℃、２０ｍｐａ氧压下反应４８小时可分别获得８９１％和７９３％的对硝基苯甲酸收率，且对硝基苯甲酸粗品纯度达９３％以上。Effect of reaction conditions on yields of p-nitrobenzoic acid prepared by oxygen liquid phase oxidation of p-nitrotoluene was investigated.Oxidation of p-nitrotoluene at 50℃,2 0mpa O 2 pressure for 48 hours by using MeOH or C 6H 6/MeOH(V/V=5) as a solvent could give p-nitrobenzoic acid in 89.1% or 79.3% yields respectively and the purity of crude p-nitrobenzoic acid was greater than 98%.
