摘 要:采用金属-膜-金属结构测量了黄铜在BTA-PVA(Passivating agent)钝化剂中形成的表面多层化学转化膜的导电性,结果表明:膜为半导体,但因钝化工艺不同,膜的导电能力相差较大。BTA溶液和PVA溶液分步处理得到的膜有2次以上击穿现象发生;BTA+PVA混合液处理的膜表现出良好的导电性,有准金属行为,经含微量六价铬的溶液预钝化后,再在BTA+PVA混合液中钝化,则膜的导电能力介于上面两者之间,有1至2次击穿现象。Electrical measurement of chemical conversion films on brass in Benzotriazole (BTA)——Passivating agent (PVA) were carried out with the film sandwiched between two metallic electrodes. The surface films are all semiconductors, but their electrical properties are very different by different passivating methods. The film formed in PVA after BTA passivating treatment has dielectric breakdowns more than once while voltage is applied. The film formed in BTA + PVA mixed solution has high electrical conductivity and behaves as a quasimetallic conduct.
