摘　　要：通过对山东省既有中小学教学楼围护结构应用现状调研,分析既有教学楼外围护结构热工性能与节能标准的差距,结合济南某小学教学楼案例,借助DEST软件,对教学楼的建筑能耗情况进行模拟分析,提出相应的节能改造措施,效果显著。The application situation of enclosures of existing class buildings of schools in Shandong was in vestigated, and the difference between its thermal performance and the energy-saving criterion was analyzed, i primary school class building in Jinan was taken as an example to make simulating analysis on the energy con sumption of the building with the help of software DEST, and measures were proposed accordingly for the ener gy-saving reconstruction of the building achieving remarkable effect.
