摘  要:目前,人们逐渐意识到废旧电池对环境污染的严重性及其可回收利用价值。但在缺乏有效回收技术的条件下,人们自觉收集的积极性较低,回收成本高。基于慧鱼创意组合模型设计的"双动力废旧电池有偿回收装置"可解决这一难题,并起到保护环境、节约资源的积极作用,具有较好的推广应用价值。Right now, people gradually realize both the serious impact on the environment by which disused batteries have had and the metal recycling values in them. But as a lack of deficient technology, people don't pay much attention to reclaiming the batteries, and the expenses remain high. Based on the Fischer technique, the Hybrid Disused Battery Paid Recovery Unit can solve the problem effectively. Besides, it has a positive effect on protecting the environment and saving resources, so that it's well worth popularizing.
