摘　　要：通过对当前地方水利水电工程建设监理工作现状的分析,阐述了其中存在的问题和解决问题的一些看法。Through the analysis on present situation of construction supervision work in local hydraulic and hydroelectric project, this paper introduces the existing problems in this work, and puts forward the opinion to solve these problems.
