摘　　要：结合电网实际情况,对"确定冲击送电的条件与范围"等五个方面进行了阐述,提出了新安装设备冲击送电时应遵循的"同名端选小,异名端选站,送端空母线"等四项原则。通过对设备冲击送电时引起的系统电压波动的理论计算,为调度部门制定新安装设备冲击送电调度方案时不考虑系统的电压波动及操作过电压,提供了依据。This article summarizes the experience of dispatch management, explains the five aspects of ＂the condition and range for making sure impact electricfication＂, brings forward the four prieiples that must be followed for new equipment impact electricification.Through the calculation of the system voltage fluctuation during impact electrieication, the dispatch department will not consider the system voltage fluctuation and operation over-voltage during new equipment installing.
