摘  要:目的:观察肾炎康复片对氨基核苷嘌呤霉素(PAN)诱导的大鼠慢性肾病的治疗作用。方法:实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、蒙诺对照组、肾炎康复片组,利用PAN诱导大鼠肾病综合征伴局灶节段性肾小球硬化模型,观察药物对大鼠24h尿蛋白定量,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、血清胆固醇、三酰甘油、血清尿素氮、血清肌酐等生化学指标的影响,对肾组织进行病理学观察并对损害程度进行评分,探讨肾炎康复片对肾病综合征、蛋白尿、肾小球硬化及肾间质纤维化的治疗作用。结果:肾炎康复片能明显抑制大鼠大量尿蛋白排泄,提升血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量,改善脂代谢紊乱,降低血清尿素氮,改善肾脏病理损伤。结论:肾炎康复片能减轻由PAN诱导的肾组织损伤,减少尿蛋白的排泄,改善肾功能障碍和脂蛋白代谢紊乱。Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKF) on chronic nephropathy rat model induced by puromycin aminonucleoside. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups of sham operation, PAN - model , PAN - model with Fosinopri(FP) and PAN- model with SYKF. The PAN - model was induced by jugular vein injection of PAN at a dose of 5mg/100g body weight. Additional 10 rats were used as sham operation control. All rats were administered with corresponding compounds for 23 week next day after the model establishment. The control rats were fed with normal saline alone. Quantities of 24 hours urinary protein excretion and blood biochemistry were examined at different time point. All rats were sacrificed in 23 weeks for examination of blood biochemistry and light microscopy of kidney. Results: PAN - induced nephrotic syndrome was successfully produced in rats. Treatment of SYKF significantly reduced protein excretion and blood BUN and creatinine. SYKF and FP treatments also improved protein content in blood and reduced total cholesterol and triglycdride in blood. Moreover, SYKF and FP improved the damage of interstitial induced by PAN. Conclusion:The Chinese preparation SYKF functioned well in the management of PAN-induced chronic hephropathy of rats.
