摘 要:对栗疫菌菌体生长与营养条件、温度、湿度以及光照等生态因子的相关性进行研究,结果显示:栗疫菌菌体生长的最佳培养基为PDA培养基;最适温度为30℃;最适相对湿度为90%~100%;光照与否无明显影响.上述生态因子中,温度和湿度为关键因子.The relationships among the nutrition, temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation and other biological factors and the hypha growth of E. parasitica were studied in order to understand the biological characteristics of the fungus and to provide the effective control and mitigate the damage of chestnut disease with scientific evidence. The results obtained were as follows : PDA was the optimal medium for the hypha growth of E. parasitica. The optimum temperature for the hypha growth was 30 ℃, and the most suitable relative humidity was 90% - 100% , whereas the solar radiation condition did not make evident difference. Temperature and relative humidity were the key elements among the above discussed ecological factors.
